WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM ONLINE COACHING?

What is online coaching?

Simply put it is exactly the same as having me as your one to one personal training, except you don’t get me shouting in your ear every rep of every session. You can expect the exact same service that I give to each and every one of my clients. An in depth approach to training, nutrition and lifestyle choices all aimed at successfully attaining your goals.

Full online lifestyle, nutrition, training and current habits questionnaire

Upon selecting a flexible package that works for you (I can help with this via an initial skype “meet & greet”), a in depth questionnaire will be sent out via email. This will allow me to ascertain vital information in regards to training experience, medical condition, nutritional habits and lifestyle. This allows me to design the perfect training and dietary program specifically for you, no matter what level or experience you currently have.

Weekly email check in

At no point will you be left feeling uncertain on what is required from you or your program. You will be in contact constantly from myself, I’ll be on hand at all times. Twice weekly I expect you to “Check In”, updating me on your progress, give feedback, voice any concerns and ask questions to help with the process.

Skype support

An initial skype consultation is standard protocol, along with this further calls be set up to answer any questions that are too complex for email.

Periodised, optimal bespoke training program

Your training program will be designed specifically for you, progressing week by week for optimal results. The program will be extremely easy to follow with clear videos of exercises to ensure technique is not compromised. Your program is your program, a lot of aspects will have been taken into consideration from the initial questionnaire and skype consultation, all to ensure you get the results you want.

Nutritional programming

In the exact same way I design your training program, I will design your progressive, optimal bespoke nutrition program. Taking into consideration current eating habits, lifestyle, any intolerances and previous diets tried. I aim to promote a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable, not restrictive but works towards optimal body composition. You will receive complete calorie and macronutrient breakdowns (weight loss plan may differ) and be educated in nutrition and eating for your goals as a whole. After all, similar to one to one personal training, you do not need me forever, I will equip you with the knowledge you need to stay healthy for life.
