You can expect to of course lose body fat/ weight in the 6 weeks, but you will also build a strong, sexy, lean physique to be extremely proud of.
During the 6 weeks you will receive a results proven periodised training program, which is gym based, so a gym membership is essential. I will educate you on what to eat, when to eat it and how much to eat. There will be no tedious calorie counting or rigid meal plans. Many tasty recipes will be available to all via the members only area. By doing this the end goal is to set you up for life after the program. I want you to continue to lead a healthy, tasty lifestyle having a healthy relationship with food.
You will receive full support to keep you motivated and on track throughout the 6 weeks. Each week there will be check in’s to monitor progress and discuss any problems that may arise. The members only area will be another place to ask any questions you may have, interact with others on the same journey as yourself and be inspired by past and present members.
